1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website operated by ISA The Line (“ISA,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and all associated content, products, and services made available through the Site. By visiting, accessing, or purchasing from the Site, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing commercial transactions, consumer protection, data handling, and international e-commerce.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) and ISA. If you do not agree to these Terms, or any part thereof, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their current and future form.
We reserve the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any such changes become effective immediately upon posting, and it is the Client’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
• “Site” refers to the ISA online platform, including but not limited to all pages, content, features, purchasing systems, communication tools, and digital materials.
• “Client” refers to any natural or legal person accessing, browsing, or purchasing through the Site.
• “Order” refers to any request submitted by the Client to purchase Products offered on the Site.
• “Products” refer to all garments, accessories, or items available for purchase on the Site.
• “Business Days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding official public holidays in Lebanon.
• “Third-Party Service Providers” include, but are not limited to, payment gateways, courier companies, hosting providers, and digital infrastructure partners.

3. Company Information & Domicile
ISA The Line is domiciled in Lebanon. All contractual relationships arising from the use of the Site shall be governed in accordance with Lebanese commercial and civil law. The primary currency displayed and charged on the Site is the United States Dollar (USD).
Clients must retain a copy of transaction records and must be familiar with the merchant’s policies regarding shipping, returns, and dispute resolution.

4. Eligibility, Authority & Account Responsibilities
The Site is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the Site, you affirm that:
1. You are at least 18 years old;
2. You are legally capable of entering a contract;
3. All information supplied is accurate, complete, and current;
4. You assume full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
5. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
Any breach of these obligations constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, order cancellation, and refusal of future service.

5. Products, Descriptions & Availability
All Products available on the Site are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice. While ISA strives to display accurate product colors, textures, measurements, and descriptions, slight variations may occur due to studio lighting, screen calibration, or production batch differences.
We do not guarantee that Product descriptions, pricing, stock information, or any other content on the Site is free of errors. ISA reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an Order has been placed.
ISA further reserves the right to limit quantities, restrict sales to certain jurisdictions, discontinue Products, or impose purchase limits where necessary to maintain fair distribution.

6. Pricing, Currency & Accepted Payment Methods
Prices displayed on the Site are denominated in USD unless otherwise stated. The Client is responsible for ensuring that their bank or card issuer supports international e-commerce transactions in USD.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, and other payment gateways made available at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment processors; ISA does not store, process, or retain complete payment card details.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. ISA is under no obligation to honor pricing errors and may cancel an Order if incorrect pricing is discovered.

7. Order Submission, Acceptance & Contract Formation
Submitting an Order constitutes an offer to purchase, which ISA may accept or decline at its sole discretion. An Order is deemed accepted only when:
1. Payment has been authorized;
2. The Product is confirmed to be in stock;
3. A dispatch confirmation email is issued to the Client.
Until dispatch confirmation is issued, ISA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order, including for reasons such as:
• product unavailability;
• payment authorization failure;
• suspected fraudulent activity;
• errors in product information;
• shipping restrictions or sanctions;
• operational or logistical constraints.
If an Order is cancelled prior to dispatch, the Client will be refunded in full.

8. International Duties, Taxes & Customs Compliance
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees, inspection charges, or governmental levies imposed by the destination country. These charges are:
• Not included in the product price;
• Not included in shipping fees;
• Solely the responsibility of the Client;
• Non-refundable by ISA under any circumstances.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local customs regulations. ISA shall not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance, inspections, or governmental procedures.
If a shipment is abandoned, returned, or destroyed due to non-payment of customs duties or failure to provide required documentation, the Client bears all associated losses and costs.

9. Shipping, Delivery, Title & Risk of Loss
ISA processes Orders within an estimated timeframe of 1–3 Business Days excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery timelines vary by destination, courier performance, customs processing times, and external disruptions beyond ISA’s control.
Responsibility for the Products transfers to the Client once the courier marks the shipment as “Delivered” to the address provided by the Client. ISA is not liable for:
• stolen parcels after delivery confirmation,
• parcels delivered to incorrect addresses due to Client error,
• unclaimed parcels returned to ISA, or
• delays caused by courier negligence, strikes, weather, or customs.
ISA may assist in courier investigations as a courtesy, but ultimate responsibility remains with the courier and Client.

10. Inspection, Damage Reporting & Claims Procedure
Clients must inspect all Products immediately upon receipt. Any issues—including defective items, visible damage, missing Products, or incorrect items—must be reported to ISA within 48 hours, accompanied by:
• clear photographs of the issue
• images of the packaging
• the order number
• a detailed written description
Failure to report within the specified window may result in denial of replacement, refund, or further remedy.
ISA reserves the right to request additional information or physical return of the item for assessment.

11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Detailed)
ISA accepts returns exclusively for defective or incorrect items, subject to strict quality inspection. The following conditions apply:
1. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from fragrance, stains, and damage, and with all original tags intact.
2. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, laundering, or misuse will be rejected.
3. Clients must obtain return approval before shipping any item back.
4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Client unless ISA error is confirmed.
5. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 Business Days, subject to bank processing timelines.
6. Exchanges for size or fit may require the Client to place a new Order after the original item is returned and approved.
ISA is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit. Clients must retain tracking proof.

12. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
For hygiene and regulatory reasons, the following Products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective on arrival:
• underwear
• bodysuits
• swimwear
• earrings
• any item labeled “Final Sale”
These restrictions are non-negotiable and implemented for the protection of all Clients.

13. Promotions, Discounts & Codes
Promotional codes:
• are not redeemable for cash;
• must be applied at checkout;
• cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted;
• cannot be retroactively applied to past Orders;
• may be subject to expiration or usage limits.
ISA reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time.

14. Intellectual Property Rights
All content appearing on the Site—including logos, branding, text, images, videos, designs, product photography, layout, and digital media—constitutes proprietary intellectual property owned by ISA or licensed to ISA.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, uploading, or any form of commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability.

15. Client-Generated Content License
By tagging ISA or submitting content featuring ISA Products on any platform, you grant ISA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in marketing materials, social media, digital campaigns, or other brand channels, provided credit is maintained where possible.

16. Third-Party Service Providers
ISA partners with third parties for payment processing, hosting, analytics, and delivery. While we ensure reputable providers, ISA is not responsible for:
• outages, delays, or errors caused by third parties;
• their privacy practices;
• their operational failures.
Your use of such services is governed by the respective provider’s terms.

17. Sanctioned Country Restrictions (OFAC Compliance)
ISA does not trade with or provide services to individuals or entities located in OFAC-sanctioned countries or any jurisdiction subject to economic or export restrictions.
Orders placed from such regions will be cancelled without liability to ISA.

18. Force Majeure
ISA shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• natural disasters
• war, terrorism, civil unrest
• labor strikes
• governmental actions
• courier breakdowns
• pandemics
• telecommunication failures
During such events, ISA’s obligations shall be suspended.

19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• ISA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or business interruption.
• ISA’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Product at issue.
• No oral advice or written communication shall create any warranty beyond those expressly stated.

20. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ISA, its officers, directors, agents, employees, successors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of:
• misuse of the Site;
• violation of these Terms;
• infringement of intellectual property;
• unlawful activity;
• misrepresentation or fraud.

21. Confidentiality
Any confidential or proprietary information disclosed by ISA, including business practices, pricing structures, internal documents, or operational methods, must be kept strictly confidential and may not be disclosed without explicit written authorization.

22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or connected to the Site or transactions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.
All disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Lebanon.

23. Amendments, Severability & Entire Agreement
ISA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between ISA and the Client regarding the use of the Site.
